Beach Get-A-Way

Before the start of school, we squeezed in a Delaware Get-A-Way. We went to Rehoboth, Fenwick Island, and made a stop in Wilmington to see April. The kids had a blast. John, never being to the beach before, sees the ocean for the first time, puts his arms out and says, "Come to papa!" No kidding. Wayne and I have no idea where he gets his 'funnies' from. At one point, the kids were so overwhelmed with excitement, we thought either their heads were going to spin or they were just going to swim to Cape May. It's hard to keep up with that. Anyway, Emily collected some shells but mostly cool looking pebbles. And John spent most of his time spitting out salt water. It was a great looooong weekend. Complete with outlet shopping! Hey, check out that hunk with those two kids! Ah ha ha ha ha!
